ABAPEC is a mutual-aid, inter-confessional, and non-political organization !!!!! The name of this organization shall be Association des Amis du Bas-peu-de Chose, hereinafter referred to as ABAPEC.

Our purpose is to establish and foster closer links between individuals and families of Haitian origin who have migrated to the United States and other parts of the world.
